Library patrons expect, easy to use, intuitive and friendly library experience and as much as libraries are a great place to be on campus for learners and researchers, the same is not always true for the online library portals.

During this session, Kristina and Vee will share tips and tricks on how to improve the library online experience with the help of the user-centered design framework. They will also recommend their favourite tried and tested tools, to use without breaking the budget.

1) Understand how a User-Centric approach can benefit the digital library service
3) Overview of user research techniques
4) Tried and tested tools to help improve your users’ experience on a budget
